OPSM is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to support our Liverpool team. No optical experience is required as world-class training is provided to ensure you confidently deliver exceptional customer experiences while guiding daily store operations.

You will lead a team, coach for continuous improvement, and step in as Store Manager when needed, including opening and closing duties, while driving sales KPIs and brand standards in a luxury eyewear workplace.
