You'll be the person who turns "I need packaging" into "I can't believe how easy that was." Part sales hustler, part marketing creative, all-round good human.

Key responsibilities

Chase down and nurture leads, from the small business owner to the big-volume buyer

Hit the road in your company car to meet customers face to face

Build relationships that turn first orders into forever customers

Dream up and run campaigns across social, email and the web

Create content that makes people stop scrolling

Quote, follow up and close deals with energy and heart

Dig into the numbers to see what's working, then do more of it

Pitch big ideas to the team, because we actually listen

About you

Have experience in sales, marketing, or a mix of both (packaging or B2B is a bonus, not a must)

Love talking to people and can build trust fast

Have a creative streak and the common sense to back it up





Are comfortable with social platforms, email tools and basic design

Hold a current driver's licence

Get a buzz from hitting targets and celebrating wins

Can juggle a few things without dropping the box

Are curious, upbeat and up for a challenge
