Job Description

Sharewise Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Sydney to own end-to-end HR on a quick-growing trading floor. You will lead high-volume recruitment for junior stockbrokers, support broader hiring, manage performance and disciplinary matters, and run our ATS and onboarding processes.

As the first dedicated HR hire, you’ll shape HR processes, implement policies, and drive the function with direct access to the COO.
