General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training About The Role n

What You'll Do nn
- Design, solve, and critically evaluate complex, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance to AI training
n
- Apply your domain expertise to craft rigorous problem statements that challenge and advance AI reasoning capabilities
n
- Review and assess AI-generated outputs for academic accuracy, logical soundness, and depth
n
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to continuously improve model performance
n
- Uphold high standards of clarity, rigor, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables
n

Who You Are nn




- Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
n
- Experienced researcher with a strong track record — publications, complex projects, or equivalent demonstrated expertise
n
- Exceptionally transparent written and verbal communicator with sharp attention to detail
n
- Self-directed and consistent when working independently without close supervision
n
- Intellectually curious and comfortable working across a range of complex, abstract problems
n

Nice to Have nn
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
n
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
n
- Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning workflows
n
- Background spanning multiple technical disciplines
