Qualifications

- Experience with rubric-based grading , editing, or content evaluation at Mercor .

- Solid generalist writing skills across multiple domains (e.g., business, academic,
creative).

- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in applying guidelines.

- Ability to interpret nuanced criteria and make sound judgment calls.
