Business Development Manager – Capital Sales (Heavy Equipment) Wollongong, NSW | Full-Time n

Zoomlion Australia–New Zealand is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across New South Wales . This is a capital sales role focused on expanding market presence and sales performance for Earthmoving and/or Aerial Work Platform (AWP) equipment or Mobile crane or Tower Crane or Concrete Machinery .

About the Role n

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering profitable sales growth across the NSW territory. This is a field-based role suited to a results-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities n

- Develop and execute a sales strategy for heavy equipment in NSW
n
- Identify, qualify, and convert recent business opportunities
n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, contractors, and end users
n




- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
n
- Represent Zoomlion professionally in the market, including at industry events
n
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
n

About You nn
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales
n
- Strong understanding of the NSW construction, infrastructure, or industrial markets
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results focused
n
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a national team
n
