Job Description

Stake is seeking a Senior AML/CTF Compliance Manager to lead our Risk & Compliance team in Sydney. This hands-on leadership role will shape the evolution of our AML/CTF program, ensuring it is robust, scalable and aligned with regulatory expectations.

You will partner with Product, Technology and Operations to embed practical controls, leverage automation and AI, and build a high-performing function trusted by regulators, executives and the Board while supporting quick growth.
