About the Role
n We're looking for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and knows how to bring bold, honest flavour to life. You'll work with premium produce, on a menu built around generous, produce-driven Greek classics. This is a casual position with flexible hours and clear pathways for development.
What You'll Do

- Cook and prep with a focus on grilled meats and seafood

- Keep your section clean, organised, and efficient

- Uphold kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

- Work collaboratively in a high-energy team

- 2+ years' experience in a busy kitchen environment (Mediterranean cuisine desired)
