Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant FOH & Bar Attendant to join our team at the Longbeach RSL. This is a casual role, allowing you to enjoy a flexible work schedule that suits your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing n

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
n
- Taking food and beverage orders, processing payments, handling cash and card transactions
n
- Assisting with table set-up, table service, clearing and cleaning tables
n
- Restocking and maintaining the bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well‑organised and readily available
n
- Adhering to all food safety and liquor licensing regulations
n
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
n

What we're looking for nn
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
n
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
n
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

- A positive, friendly, and skilled attitude
n
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
n
