Azura is a mortgage brokerage that helps clients make informed lending decisions through clear advice, tailored loan structuring, and end-to-end support from application to settlement. Working in financial services, the team is focused on creating a smooth, well-supported experience for clients while coordinating effectively with brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the lending journey.

As a Settlements Officer, you will play an important part in delivering a seamless path from loan approval through to completion. This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail oriented, and motivated by providing outstanding service in a quick-paced workplace where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter.

Responsibilities n

- Manage the settlement process from unconditional approval through to final settlement.
n
- Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, and solicitors to keep matters progressing smoothly.
n
- Work to settlement checklists and deadline-driven pipelines to ensure documentation, funds, and approvals are in place on time.
n
- Follow compliance-focused handoff processes throughout the settlement journey.
n
- Monitor files closely,



resolve issues promptly, and help maintain an accurate, efficient settlement process.

Requirements n
n

n
- 2+ years of experience handling loan files from unconditional approval through settlement, ideally gained in mortgage lending, broker support, or settlement coordination.
n
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for lenders and experience following compliance-focused handoff processes.
n
- Experience working to settlement checklists and managing deadline-driven pipelines.
n
- Confident liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders throughout the settlement process.
n
- Business-fluent English.
n
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
n
- Experience managing multiple active applications at once is a plus.
n
- Familiarity with settlement systems and software is a bonus.
