Specsavers in Melbourne, Victoria is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our optical retail environment. You will support optometrists with pre-testing, assist customers with frame styling, and dispense glasses with various lens options.
A solid emphasis on building rapport and delivering a memorable customer journey is essential. Previous retail/customer service experience is preferred; optical experience is welcome, with full optics training provided.
