CSR is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Schofields team in NSW. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and in person, process orders in SAP, and build strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a high-volume customer service setting, with strong communication skills and experience with CRM and SAP. This role offers Tuesday–Saturday shifts and a supportive career path within CSR.
