HammondCare seeks a Director, Research & Innovation to lead Hammond Innovations and the IDEA Hub, translating priorities into high-impact research, evaluation, and innovation programs to improve care outcomes and workforce capability.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Hammond Innovations, you will build partnerships with universities, secure grants, oversee governance and ethics, and guide a multidisciplinary team across clinical AI, grants, and digital health.
