Job Description

Masters and Young Pty Ltd is seeking an Electronics Soldering Technician to join our production team in Australia. This hands-on role centers on high-quality soldering, electronic assembly, rework and inspection of PCBAs and products, with IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certifications preferred.

You will perform through-hole and SMT soldering to IPC standards, assemble components onto PCBAs, inspect joints using microscopes, follow drawings and BOMs, and maintain accurate production records within
