We're a positive, passionate and hardworking team, and we're looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who takes pride in keeping a food plant running safely and reliably.

The Maintenance Manager is the site's maintenance leader. You'll own the preventative maintenance program, lead a small team of technicians and our contractors, and drive reliability and continuous improvement across the plant. It's a role with real ownership, working closely with the Operational Leadership team.

The role is based at our Tullamarine site, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours or on-call work as required.

The Role n

n
- Owning the preventative maintenance (PPM) program and reliability strategy
n
- Leading the CMMS, including backlog management and reporting
n
- Planning and managing shutdowns, critical maintenance and engineering works
n
- Troubleshooting complex breakdowns and minimising equipment downtime
n
- Leading root-cause analysis and engineering improvements
n
- Managing contractors, including permits, SWMS and WHS compliance
n




- Keeping the site audit-ready and aligned with food-safety (GMP) standards
n
- Contributing to capital planning and equipment replacement decisions
n
- Leading, coaching and developing the maintenance team
n

About You nn
- Experience leading a maintenance function, ideally in food, dairy or FMCG manufacturing
n
- Strong planning, scheduling and reliability skills
n
- Advanced hands-on capability across mechanical and electrical systems
n
- Experience managing contractors and engineering or capital projects
n
- Confidence with CMMS, technical drawings and SOPs
n
- Additional WHS, reliability or maintenance planning training (highly regarded)
n
- A current First Aid certificate and Australian driver's licence
n
- Full Australian working rights
