The second part of Develop's business focuses on the delivery of underground mining services. Develop currently has agreements in place to provide underground mining services to:

- OceanaGold's (TSX: OGC) Waihi North Gold Project; and
n
- Core Lithium's (ASX: CXO) Finniss Lithium Operation.

Woodlawn Copper-Zine Mine

n

DEVELOP's Woodlawn Copper-Zinc mine is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

n

Woodlawn is an advanced stage mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years has yielded a new underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

The Opportunity: n





We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Mine Surveyor to join our high-performing underground operations team at our Woodlawn Mining Operation. Reporting to the Alternate Underground Manager, you will lead the Surveying Team and play a critical role in guiding the protected and efficient development of both surface and underground mining activities.

Offered on an 8:6 roster FIFO from any capital city on the east coast or residential, DIDO options available.

n

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Mine Surveyor will include:

- Lead and coordinate daily survey activities across underground and surface operations.
n
- Provide accurate survey control for mine development, stripping, stoping, rises, service holes, and diamond drilling programs.
n
- Conduct regular monitoring surveys to maintain underground alignment, dimensions, gradients, and stope orientations.
n
- Partner closely with Engineers to support mine design and prepare detailed mine instructions for operational teams.
n
- Maintain and manage precise survey control networks and statutory mine plans.
n
- Complete volume calculations and surveys for ore, waste, excavations, and stockpiles.
n
- Compile, maintain, and update mine plans and monthly operational records.
n
- Deliver accurate end-of-month reporting and operational physicals to Engineers and Geologists.

- Oversee surface survey requirements, including rehabilitation surveys, excavation and dam monitoring.
n
- Ensure full compliance with NSW Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2022.
n
- Maintain accurate plans of all underground and surface infrastructure for regulatory submissions and operational use.
n

The Requirements of the role: nn
- Tertiary qualifications in Surveying or equivalent.
n
- Registered Mining Surveyor (highly desirable but not essential).
n
- Minimum 5 years experience as an underground Mine Surveyor .
n
- Strong technical capability across surveying software, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems.
n
- Working knowledge of Leica, Trimble, Deswik (highly desirable).
n
- RePL Drone licence and experience with Elios and DJI model drones (highly desirable).
n
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
n
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
