Job Description

Resourceful Recruitment seeks a Senior Safety Advisor to lead safety systems for a major Australian infrastructure program. You will own the SMS, procedures, training, reporting and assurance, and provide practical safety guidance to project teams and contractors.

You'll drive data-driven safety insights, strengthen the culture, and support safety initiatives across multiple sites, with robust emphasis on leadership and continuous improvement.
