With over 20 years in the Australian construction industry, this business has built a reputation on delivering high-quality commercial fit-outs, refurbishments and new builds — from education and healthcare facilities to sports precincts, hospitality fit-outs and corporate offices.

About the Role
n As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial construction projects from initial estimating and planning through to handover, leading a dedicated project team and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage the full project lifecycle across commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects
n
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and procurement schedules
n
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
n
- Liaise directly with clients, architects and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
n
- Oversee quality, safety (OH&S;) and environmental compliance on site
n
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes
n
- Report on project progress, budgets and forecasts to senior management
n

About You n

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction (fit-out, refurbishment or new build)
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and budgeting
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes
n
- Relevant trade, construction management or engineering qualifications preferred
n
- Current driver's license and right to work in Australia
n
