STE Financial is a small Kingscliff practice pairing accounting and tax with lending under one roof. This role moves beyond compliance into the advisory seat, with direct mentoring from a CPA partner.
What you own n

- Financial statements, income tax returns and BAS across diverse entity structures.

- Management accounting including three way cash flow forecasts and bespoke KPI reporting.
n
- Direct client relationships, turning complex financial data into advice owners can act on.
n
- Proactive advisory work drawing on FBT, CGT concessions and Division 7A.
n
- Quality control and documentation standards in a registered tax agent environment.

Skills and experience nn
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and its integrated app ecosystem.
n
- Strong competency preparing complex financial statements,
BAS and income tax returns.
n
- Solid understanding of Australian taxation legislation including FBT, CGT concessions and Division 7A.
n
- Experience with workflow management software and rigorous review discipline.
n
- A warm, approachable manner that makes clients comfortable rather than overwhelmed.

Part time, 3 days a week in Kingscliff NSW, with the option to increase hours over time. Team of 5 on the Tweed Coast.

Experience in a registered tax agent environment. Solid Australian taxation and financial statement preparation experience.
