About the Role n

We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (3-5 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a university student with an interest in business, events, or marketing to gain real-world experience in a skilled environment.

You’ll take ownership of HAL Bowman's fortnightly events calendar — from planning and logistics through to attendee follow-up — playing a key role in how we engage our client and candidate community.

What You’ll Be Doing n

- Coordinating fortnightly networking and business events from concept to completion
n
- Managing event logistics including venue, catering, invitations, and RSVPs
n
- Communicating with attendees before and after each event
n




- Handling post-event follow-up, including emails, feedback, and CRM updates
n
- Supporting the team with any event-related admin and reporting
n

About You nn
- Currently studying a degree in Business, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
- A confident communicator — both written and verbal
n
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time across a flexible 10-hour week
n
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar
n
- A genuine interest in people, business, and creating great experiences
n
