Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include nn
- Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
n
- Assisting customers with product enquiries
n
- Providing accurate information about products, features and services
n
- Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
n
- Handling customer queries and providing appropriate solutions
n
- Maintaining merchandising and store displays
n
- Supporting general day-to-day store operations
n
- Participating in regular sales and customer service training
n
- Must be available to work one weekend day each week as part of an 11-day fortnight
n
