The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will be a key member of the team, creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting the team with high-quality administrative support at our Cremorne practice.

Key Responsibilities

- General medical reception work
- Customer service and patient care
- Settling accounts

About you

- Previous experience in a similar role (Radiology is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency




- Provide excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Be able to demonstrate a strong culture fit with the organisation and our Core Values

The hourly rate will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
