About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you’ll be instrumental in driving complex property transactions and legal matters.



You will manage a diverse portfolio that includes property development, due diligence, land subdivisions, and large-scale leasing agreements. Your clients will range from listed companies to private developers across industries such as residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. This role offers you the autonomy to lead transactions while mentoring junior lawyers in a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in property law (private practice)
- Strong technical expertise in property transactions, leasing, and development
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle complex property matters
- Collaborative, proactive approach to team and client engagements
