Everlab is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead in Sydney to own Meta and Google Ads accounts and turn paid spend into paying members. You will build campaigns, run tests, and make budget decisions with a direct line to the Head of Growth.
The role requires 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing with direct ownership of Meta and Google Ads and experience managing substantial B2C budgets. This is a full time hybrid position based in Sydney.
