Noumi is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead safety at the Ingleburn manufacturing site. You will partner with site leaders to strengthen safety culture, improve systems, and ensure a protected and compliant workplace.

You will drive the overarching H&S; strategy, coaching leaders and employees, and managing audits, incidents, and risk controls while reporting to site leadership. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic FMCG environment.
