Myndshift Group is recruiting a Technical Services Superintendent for an established open cut coal operation in Central West NSW. You will lead mine planning, surveying, coal quality, logistics, drill and blast, and geology/geotechnical teams, ensuring protected, efficient and commercially sustainable extraction.

You will stay hands-on with upstream technical work while developing a growing team and maintaining strong regulatory compliance.
