The Office Hotel is a busy venue with great energy, and our kitchen is at the heart of it. We’re looking for a talented, motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the team, working closely with our Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the food coming out right every time.

The role

n

- Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen day to day
n
- Lead, coach and motivate the kitchen team on shift
n
- Help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
n
- Assist with ordering, stock control, rostering and menu execution
n
- Make sure food safety, hygiene and WHS standards are always met
n

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef, or a strong CDP ready to step up
n
- A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine drive to progress
n
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
n
- The ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen
n
- A solid understanding of food safety and kitchen compliance
n
- Passion for fresh, quality food and for developing the people around you
