Job Description

Shokunin, the recent Japanese dining destination at Hamer Hall in Melbourne, is building its opening team. We’re seeking experienced hospitality professionals who care about craft, guest experience and working in a high-performing team.

Previous experience in quality restaurants or premium hospitality helps; sommeliers with wine and sake knowledge are encouraged. Roles include Front of House team members such as Hosts, Managers, Cooks, and Demi Chefs willing to join from day one.
