About the Role n

nAs Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this exciting new store to life.n

n You’ll set the tone for the team, create a positive store culture and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience. From developing your people and driving sales to maintaining beautiful visual standards, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the store and make an impact from day one.n

- Build, coach and develop a high-performing store team

- Create an exceptional customer experience through personalised service

- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance

- Create inspiring visual merchandising and store displays

- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence

- Manage rostering, stock and day-to-day store operations

You’ll bring:n

- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
n
- Experience within homewares, interiors, furniture, lifestyle or premium retail
n
- A genuine passion for styling, visual merchandising and customer experience
n
- Strong leadership and team development skills
n
- Commercial confidence with a proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A positive, hands-on and authentic leadership style
