About the Firm

Our client is a fast growing law firm that does things differently. This firm combines technology with a client first focus. They pride themselves on excellence and achieving outstanding results for their clients.

Due to growth, this firm is looking for a personal injury lawyer with at least 2 years pae up to Senior Associate.

This is a hands on role with autonomy as well as partner support.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end file management of statutory workers compensation claims and Work Injury Damages (WID) matters.
- Formulating early case strategies and providing transparent,



compassionate, and practical advice to injured clients.
- Drafting complex legal documents, statements, and submissions.
- Gathering medical evidence, instructing experts, and liaising with insurers and stakeholders.
- Representing clients at the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) and resolving matters via mediation or hearing.
- Mentoring and collaborating with paralegals and support staff within the division.

About You

- Around 2 years pae to Senior Associate in personal injury law with experience in workers compensation law
- Demonstrated experience handling files independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- An empathetic communication style
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the drive to secure the best possible outcomes.
