Longreach Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major healthcare construction project in the South West region of WA. The role is primarily Perth-based with site visits as required, working within a team-oriented commercial team.

You will manage financial and contractual aspects from procurement through final accounts, engage with subcontractors, consultants and clients, and contribute to delivery of high-profile healthcare
