Mallesons is seeking a Solicitor with 3+ PQE to join its Banking & Finance team in Melbourne. You will work closely with Jonathan Oldham on financing transactions for sponsors, financiers and corporates, spanning project finance, corporate finance, and major infrastructure deals.
From day one you’ll work directly with clients and leading practitioners, with opportunities to lead workstreams, negotiate terms, and mentor juniors, while receiving ongoing coaching from recognised market leaders.
