Mentor the team. Do not manage it.

Remain hands on with your patients AND mentor a team of high performing clinicians. 32hrs per week clinical, the remaining time is growing, influencing and impacting a team of clinicians to continue delivering on Fixio’s promise of world class care. No rosters. No HR. You do the part that matters: you make good clinicians great.

Build and teach.

You will set the standard of what clinical practice looks like. Lead our monthly CPD afternoons. Assist in onboarding new clinicians with hands on training, clinical case studies and soft skills. Design and launch our clinician internship from scratch. Start and run our student placement program.

Our Balgowlah clinic where you will be is a brand new construction with 3 full time physios.

Pay that backs the role.

Earn $149k-$179k including caseload bonus p.a. mentoring the team while managing a clinical caseload. Support includes: mentoring in how to mentor, paid study leave so that you can continue learning and leading from the front, a CPD budget and dedicated, protected mentoring time in your week.

You are an APA Titled Physiotherapist who loves the research and loves the profession. You know that the soft skills of communication are just as key in delivering excellent clinical outcomes as the research. You’re evidence-driven and people-smart. Finishing your titling process soon?
