Rio Tinto is seeking a Supervisor Major Works to drive major shutdowns and maintenance campaigns across fixed plant assets in the Pilbara. You will lead frontline teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure safe, quality handovers of assets like crushers, feeders and balance machines, while aligning with planning, engineering and operations teams.

The role operates on an 8:6 FIFO roster with a permanent position, market-competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.
