About the Role n
nThis is a critical role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring efficient staff rostering while also delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff.n
To be successful you will have: n

- Proven experience in a rostering and/or administration role within aged care or healthcare
n
- Essential: Hands-on experience with Humanforce rostering systems
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
n
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
n
- A calm, compassionate, and patient approach when dealing with elderly residents and families
n
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
n
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
