Job Description

Lumiere Foundation Ltd. is seeking experienced Youth Workers to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) with our partner ICCare. You will be employed by Lumiere Foundation and work onsite with ICCare's residential care services.

You will help young people build life skills, confidence, and resilience while maintaining a secure, structured, and supportive environment. This role requires trauma-informed care knowledge, a Diploma in Youth Work or related field, and strong
