Rapid Spray is seeking a Moulding Manager to lead a hands-on manufacturing team in Singleton NSW. You will drive continuous improvement, plan production with a focus on output, quality and safety, and build a culture that thrives on problem-solving and teamwork.

You will investigate issues, implement permanent resolutions, run daily operating meetings, and ensure delivery against schedule with a commitment to lean methods and secure practices.
