Job Description

Deepcore Drilling Pty is seeking a agile People & Culture Coordinator to support the P&C; Manager and site leadership in Bendigo. Based at our Bendigo Epsom Head Office, you will autonomously manage HR processes and coordinate onboarding, inductions, and workforce mobilisations.

You will liaise across operations, manage rosters, performance reviews, and leave management, while monitoring expenses and providing proactive customer service.
