Inventiva is seeking a Senior Director, Compliance to lead global healthcare compliance and data privacy programs. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will design and oversee policies, training, and systems across the organization during a pivotal growth phase.

You will partner with Legal, IT, and business units to ensure adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements while promoting a solid speak-up culture and robust governance.
