Job Description

Cairns GP Medical Centre – Cairns North QLD is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice. This full-time role requires at least two years of medical receptionist experience and practical experience using Best Practice software.

You will manage calls, bookings and patient enquiries, maintain day-to-day front desk workflow, support patient flow and provider utilisation, and ensure a friendly, productive reception area for patients and staff.
