Tasks & Responsibilities: n

- Following up rental enquiries

- General property management duties as required
n
- Handling phone and email enquiries
n
- Conducting and/or assisting with open homes
n
- Reporting to Property Manager

It is vital that the applicant possesses the following skills and attributes: nn
- Experience preferred but not required

- Certificate of registration
n
- Strong work ethic
n
- Ability to deal with people on all levels
n
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality

- Work in a team workplace
