BOQ Group is seeking an experienced Remediation Manager to lead end-to-end customer remediation initiatives. You will guide programs from identification and assessment through to customer payments, regulatory closure and embedding lessons learned.

You will work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics and Product to design solutions that meet regulatory expectations while keeping customers first. The role emphasizes governance, reporting and sustainable delivery.
