Care Guidance is seeking a Social Worker – Aged Care (Grade 2) for casual, location-flexible roles across Geelong and Greater Melbourne. You will provide one-to-one support to older Australians, visiting clients at home with referrals based on availability and area.

Monthly clinical supervision and opportunities to work across Support at Home and residential aged care are offered. The role emphasizes adaptable scheduling, autonomy, and contributing to wellbeing, mental health, and quality of life
