Viktoria & Woods is looking for operationally focused, adaptable Seasonal Casual Stylists to join our stores through our busiest trading period. You'll be part of a dedicated team keeping every aspect of the boutique running smoothly for every client who walks through the door — from a beautifully presented shop floor to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything on track. It's a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, stays agile under pressure, and takes real pride in supporting the operational rhythm of a V&W; boutique.

Located across Australia within 24 locations, we're looking for reliable, hands‑on team members to support the day-to‑day running of our boutiques. We invite individuals of all backgrounds and experience to bring their energy and reliability to our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

n

This season, we're expanding our store teams with Seasonal Casual Stylists who help bring the V&W; experience to life. You'll play a key role in keeping our boutiques at their very best — supporting the team, maintaining a beautifully presented shop floor, and helping ensure every client is met with the elevated experience V&W; is known for.

The role will:

- Help create a flawless shop floor experience by keeping product lines fully stocked, tidy and beautifully presented throughout the day
n




- Support the team behind the scenes — receiving, checking and preparing new stock so every delivery hits the floor looking its best
n
- Support the backroom to ensure it is maintained, organised, efficient and easy to navigate
n
- Help maintain the high standard of presentation our clients expect, from the front, to back of house
n
- Assist with visual merchandising set‑ups, reflows and window changes
n
- Jump in on the shop floor and at the POS to support the team during our busiest trading periods
n
- Work closely with the store team to keep daily priorities on track
n
- Follow V&W;'s policies and procedures, including safety, security and stock‑handling standards
n

Desired Skills and Experience n

YOU WILL BRING

n

n
- A passion for fashion, presentation and being part of a luxury retail environment
n
- Experience in a retail, stockroom or similar role (fashion retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential)
n
- Comfortable with the physical side of the role — lifting, bending, restocking and moving stock
n
- A sharp eye for detail and real pride in how a store looks and feels
n
- A hard‑working, can‑do energy and a strong ownership of your work ethic
n
- An openness to feedback and direction, while also working as an autonomous self‑starter where needed
n
- Adaptable availability across the Christmas and summer trading period, including weekends, extended trade and public holidays
n
- A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to stay calm and organised during our busiest weeks
n
- Robust teamwork and communication skills
