As Showroom Manager, you'll take ownership of showroom performance, lead and develop your team, and play a key role in achieving sales growth while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

What You'll Bring n

- Proven experience in retail management, sales leadership, and team development.
n
- Previous management experience in electrical retail, furniture retail or home improvement retail (highly regarded).
n
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
n
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver results.
n
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
n
- Robust commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail systems.

What You'll Do nn
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing showroom team.

- Drive sales performance and achieve showroom KPIs.

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through to sale.

- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching.

- Oversee daily showroom operations, administration, and reporting.

- Monitor sales pipelines and appointment conversions to maximise results.

- Foster a positive, customer-focused culture that supports business growth.
