Job Description

Toowoomba Hockey Association (THA) is seeking a Coaching Manager to design and implement a coach development framework, align programs across THA clubs and stakeholders, and drive operational success of our hockey programs.

You will lead a team, develop coaching pathways for beginner to performance levels, build robust relationships with coaches and volunteers, and contribute to national leadership in indoor hockey and Hockey 5s.
