Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts and Procurement Officer who has specialised in IT to join their busy team. A great opportunity to join a thriving team on a temporary assignment to31 Dec 2026

nAbout the role n
n

- Develop and manage a contract management framework including contract templates, guidelines, and processes.
n
n
- Review and analyse IT contracts in line with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements.
n
n
- Contract administration including renewals, amendments, and terminations
n
n
- Stakeholder engagement including contract owners, procurement and legal teams
n
n
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, pricing, and service level agreements
n
n
- Participate in quote and tender process including collation, assessment and selection
n
n

n
nAbout you n
n

n
n
- You will have proven experience working in procurement and contracts, and have specialised experience working with IT contracts
n
n
- You will have a solid understanding of the procurement process, contract law and associated governance
n
n




- You will have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
n
n
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
n
n
- You will be flexible and adaptable to working across multiple contracts at any one time, and able to manage your time and priorities accordingly
n
n
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills, and strong experience using contract management systems.
n
n
- Government experience preferred
n
n
