About the Rolen

n Based in Alexandria, you’ll qualify inbound leads, build your pipeline and maximise sales opportunities. We’re looking for a confident, motivated salesperson who can quickly build rapport and deliver a great customer experience. Working closely with the Senior Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in qualifying inbound leads and driving new business.n

- 6 – 12 months’ phone-based sales experience
n
- Confident phone manner with strong rapport-building skills.
n
- Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
n
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and hitting targets.

- Organised, process-driven and strong on follow-up.

- Resilient, motivated and results-driven.

- Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximise conversions.

- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
n
- Make outbound calls to prospects and sellers.
n
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs.
n
- Build strong rapport through confident phone conversations.

- Follow up consistently and drive opportunities to close.
n
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
n
- Hit activity, conversion and revenue KPIs.
n
- Work with the wider sales team on high-value opportunities.
