Enwise Electrical & Refrigeration is currently seeking a Refrigeration Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating service work and supporting team members across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have robust organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Schedule service work using Simpro
n
- Process customer purchase orders
n
- Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians
n
- Collate job documentation, including technician reports and timesheets
n
- Manage invoicing and support the collections process
n
- Handle site access administration, including client questionnaires, assessment forms, and portal management
n
- Arrange service technician site inductions
n
- Provide timely support to technicians and customers by troubleshooting scheduling or logistical challenges
n
- Work closely with managers, supervisors, technicians, and the operations manager to ensure efficient service delivery
n

Qualifications and Experience:

n

n





n
- Positive attitude, energy, and flexibility towards business growth and change
n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Competent, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
n
- Commitment to compliance with contractual obligations and safe work practices
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
n
- 3 – 5 years of administration experience preferred, ideally with exposure to the mining industry
n
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
n
- A valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
n
