Bidfood Armidale is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehousing and distribution, set the shift rhythm, and keep people protected while driving productivity.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll work with purchasing, sales and transport, coaching a diverse team and delivering on safety, service and your people.

This role forms part of the branch’s top management, balancing structure with leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.
